 কেমন আছো সবাই ? আসা করি ভালো আছো। ,,,,,,আজ তোমাদের কাছে তুলে ধরবো এন্ড্রোয়েড মোবাইলের একটি নতুন সমস্যা নিয়ে। আমার মনে হয় তোমরা যারা নতুন এন্ড্রোয়েড মোবাইল নিয়েছো , তারা এই সমস্যার মুখোমুখি হয়েছো অথবা হতে যাচ্ছ।

তাহলে কথা না বাড়িয়ে মূল কথায় আসা যাক , আমরা অনেকেই ফোনের প্যাটান এবং পাসওয়ার্ড ভুলে যাই অথবা ফোন একটু ধীরে কাজ করে  , তখন কি করি  ফোন রিসেট অথবা অনলাইন বা ফেইসবুক থেকে শেখা সামান্য জ্ঞান প্যাটার্ন লক খোলার সহজ উপায় ভলিউম  বাটন পাওয়ার বাটন একসাথে চিপে ধরে হার্ড রিসেট দিয়ে খুলে ফেলি বা খোলার চেষ্টা করি। এটা ভালো কারণ এতে সময় এবং অর্থ দুইই বাঁচে।

কিন্তু অল্প বিদ্যা ভয়ংকরী হয়ে এই পদ্ধতি মাঝে মাঝে হিতে বিপরীদ হয়ে যায়। ফোন রিসেট নেয় ঠিকই কিন্তু লেঙ্গুয়েজ সিলেক্ট করার পরে নেক্সট স্কিপ কিছুই হয়না খালি ওয়াইফাই কানেক্ট অথবা সিমে মেগা বাইট থাকলে অটো আপডেট নিয়ে ইমেইল পাশওয়ার্ড চায়। ইমেইল পাশওয়ার্ড দিলে তা আবার ইনভ্যালিড দেখায় , এখন কি করি ?

এই ভাবে তো বহুত মাতবরি করে প্যাটার্ন খুলেছি এখন কাজ হয় কেন ? এটা আবার কি সমস্যা হলো ?

বিষয়টা জানা নেই তাই না। ভয়ের কিছুনেই বিষয়টা আমি খোলসা করছি। আসলে এটি ফোনের একটি নতুন নিরাপত্তা বলয়। কারণ এভাবে হার্ড রিসেট দিয়ে সবাই যদি পাশওয়ার্ড খুলে ফেলে তাহলে ফোনের নিরাপত্তা কি থাকলো। তাই ফোন কোম্পানি ফোনের নিরাপত্তার জন্য নতুন একটি নিরাপত্তা বলয় তৈরী করেছে। যাতে ফোনটি হারিয়ে গেলে ফোনের আসল ব্যবহার কারীকে সনাক্ত করা যায়। এটি নিরাপত্তা বলয়কে বলে এফ,আর ,পি লক অথবা জিমেইল লক।

 এটি  কেমনে কাজ করে ?

এটি মূলত গুগল প্লেস্টোর থেকে যখন কোনো এপপ্স ডাউনলোড করা হয় তখন একটি ইমেইল পাসওয়ার্ড ভেরিফাই করতে হয়। ফোন কোম্পানি ওই ইমেইল পাসওয়ার্ড টিই তাদের সার্ভারে জমা রাখে। পরবর্তীতে যদি ফোন রিসেট দেয়া হয় তাহলে ওই ইমেইল  পাসওয়ার্ড টিই চায়।

এটি থেকে বাঁচার উপায় হলে ইমেইল পাসওয়ার্ড টি মনে রাখা।

যদি খেয়াল হারিয়ে ফেল তাহলে ফোনটা হ্যাক করতে হবে। সেক্ষেত্রে ভালো অভিজ্ঞ মোবাইল  সফটওয়্যার  টেকনিশিয়ান দ্বারা ইমেইল লক খুলে নেও।

বি : দ্রঃ আসল ফাইল পাসওয়ার্ড তিনবার ভুল হলে অরিজিনাল ইমেইল পাসওয়ার্ড ও ইনভ্যালিড দেখাবে। তাই প্লে স্টোরে ব্যবহার করা পাসওয়ার্ড ডাইরিতে লিখে রাখ।
